FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device implements variable structure of speed governing according to deviation of its current value at proportional voltage generated by speed sensor from desired final speed at proportional voltage generated by voltage frequency changer according to pulse frequency corresponding to speed picked off setting unit output. Control pulse frequency is produced by switch depending on logic signal of second switch; difference is determined by adder, speed correction voltage, by second switch. Polarity of speed correction voltage signal depending on polarity of acceleration is output signal of comparator. Arrival of control pulses at inputs of pulse distributor counter is governed by second logic unit. EFFECT: improved accuracy of instant speed maintenance. 2 cl, 6 dwg
