FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: device consists of supporting and carrier parts, a stand with a scale and a goniometer with angular scale, a pointer and a guide for punction needle. To perform needle insertion into a disk at a certain angle a goniometer is installed on a stand with the possibility for fixed movements. It also has a support rigidly connected with angular scale, and a rod installed in a support to have a chance for rotation and connected with a pointer with one of its edges. Another rod's edge has a blind opening and grooves that form a guide for a needle which is fixed so to be disconnected with the given device after insertion into a disk is over. EFFECT: higher efficiency at conducting diskographic research and injecting anesthetics and other hernia-removing products into intervertebral disks. 2 dwg
