FIELD: materials handling facilities; belt conveyors. SUBSTANCE: roller of belt conveyor has roller body in the form of nonmetallic hollow cylinder reinforced at ends by metal holders from outer and inner surfaces and installed on axle antifriction bearings with end face and radial seals. End face and radial seals are arranged at an angle of 90 deg relative to each other and are made integral to provide simultaneous contact with fixed end face surface of antifriction bearing and movable holder of roller body.
