SUBSTANCE: device has one or multistory storehouse consisting of parts 5, 6 arranged to form working room 7. Storehouse is located at side of one or multiple-track way 1. Storehouse lift for servicing parts of storehouse are provided with movable frame 10 and crossmember type grip is installed in working room 7. Loaders 11 are fixed in four corners of working room 7. Each loader has grip for shipment packages with reach equal to 3/4 of length of largest shipment package. Loaders 11 serve for loading and unloading the vehicles 2 passing by at reduced speed.
