FIELD: biotechnology, poultry farming. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of probiotic to normal food diet. Probiotic consists of a mixture of an about equal amounts of fatty acid microspheres from viable bacteria of the strains Enterococcus faecium-301, ATCC N 55059 and Enterococcus faecium-202, ATCC N 55519. Microspheres were made by rotor disk. Stearic acid is preferably used as fatty acid. Probiotic is added at dose 0.23-9 kg/t food. EFFECT: improved method of stimulation. 10 cl, 5 dwg, 10 tbl
