FIELD: food production. SUBSTANCE: discrete microsphere is made as matrix of C12-C24-fatty acid with microorganism cultures included in it. Microsphere is obtained by rotation on incapsulator disk. Method involves preparing the lyophilized biomass of the dried microorganisms and mixing the indicated dried culture with the melted C12-C24-fatty acid at ratio from 50 to about 90 wt.-%.
