FIELD: environment pollution control. SUBSTANCE: first basin is excavated and bore-holes are drilled in it, and located in central bore-hole is nonexplosive pneumatic vibration source. Bore-holes are filled with elastic-resilient material, and oscillations are generated in earth in frequency range of 60-1500 Hz, and simultaneously injected are loosening solutions. Vibration operation at frequencies of 60-1500 Hz is continued during period at which deformation of earth compression is substituted with tensile deformation. Then change is made to natural oscillations of earth, and initially injected into bore-holes is mixture containing zeolite and then consolidating solutions. Operation at natural oscillations of earth is continued during period at which strength of consolidating solutions reaches 0.5 of design or standard strength. After that, bottom and walls of basin are concreted by spraying method with simultaneous vibration of concrete mix. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
