FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling of holes in rock mass, placing nonexplosive pneumatic sources in them with axes of sources oriented in direction of action of maximum main stress in mass, filling of holes with elastoplastic medium, and excitation of elastic vibrations in rock mass in the following sequence: first, within the range of 60-1500 Hz, in combination with injection into rocks of weakening solutions and surfactants; then, vibration frequency is taken equal to vibration frequency of rock mass, and injected into rocks is surfactant and electrolyte. Further on, vibration frequency is taken equal to 60-120 Hz and injected into rocks is inert gas with wedging agents, and vibration action is discontinued when stresses in mass reach 0.8-0.9 of the value of destruction stresses. Then, holes are charged with explosives and blasted. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method due to reduction of rock strength by 20-60% and control of rock state in mass. 4 cl, 1 dwg
