FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has generator of mechanical vibration connected with the driving link made up as inertial member and friction member brought in a contact with the driven link made up as a rotatable disk. The inertial member and friction member are made up as a long closed reservoir whose longitudinal axis is oriented along the direction of vibration. The reservoir is mounted on the surface of the rotatable disk by its bottom portion and is half full with fluid. The bottom side of the reservoir, which is in a contact with the disk, is made up as two portions of different friction coefficients. The boundary between the portions passes through the middle portion of the reservoir perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
