SUBSTANCE: engine has flat support and flat housing freely fitted on support and accommodating unbalance weight connected with electric motor for synchronous rotation in plane parallel to housing. Flat round disk is rigidly fastened in zone of rotation of unbalance weight in housing plane pointed to support. Central and diameter of disk coincide, respectively. with center of rotation of unbalance weight and with diameter of circumference described by unbalance weight whose turning relative to center can be fixed within required limits. Surface of disk engaging with support has considerable friction coefficient, except for section in form of sector, overlapping in size the unbalance weight and made with minimum friction coefficient.
