FIELD: manufacture of jacketed bullets. SUBSTANCE: method includes stamping small sleeve from cylindrical blank cut off a lead rod. With the use of punch and die, jacket is drawn with bottom diameters from internal side exceeding end face of core by 30-65%. Jacket and core are assembled into pack and final drawing of jacket with core moving is effected in die with hole diameter for pusher exceeding that of core end face by 5-25%.
