FIELD: electric measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: measurements are made by multiplying signals proportional to load current and voltage by means of multiplying member, conversion of these quantities into pulse repetition rate in pulse-frequency converter, and addition of these pulses in counting device. Mentioned pulses may go through AND gate upon operation of threshold element which occurs only at definite signal level across active current component converter output. EFFECT: improved active power measurement accuracy due to inhibiting pulse counting at current lower than respective permissible measurement error. 1 dwg
