FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: dependence of phase meter and two-phase generator error from phase shift at auxiliary zero phase shift between two-phase generator signals is measured. Then at auxiliary phase shift equal to 180 deg. first resultant error of two-phase generator is calculated for odd harmonic components of error. Auxiliary phase shift equal to Φ0 is introduced, and dependence of error is measured again. Second resultant error of two-phase generator is calculated for even harmonic components, and summary error of two-phase generator is determined by sum of calculation results. Higher accuracy of determination of two-phase generator error is obtained as a result of measurement of dependences of phase meter and two-phase generator errors at (K+1) points of two-phase generator scale within the same period of time. In this case, first and second resultant errors of two-phase generator are determined with due regard for error linear component. EFFECT: improved measurement results.
