SUBSTANCE: essence of method lies in increase of measurement precision of angular coordinates of object thanks to additional measurement of time moment t3 corresponding to failure of signal reflected from target relative to start of antenna scanning for reception and in determination of direction to target for a priori known time laws of antenna scanning with radiation trad(θ) and reception trec(θ) in agreement with expressions θtar =θrec(t3+U-(x))-θo/2,, , where ; θrec(t) is function inverse to time law of scanning trec(θ) θrec(trec(θ))=θ;; θo is width of antenna radiation pattern by preset threshold levels.
