FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: resector containing mobile guiding head 1, flexible pull rod 2, and annular end knife 3 is supplemented with, installed on push rod 2, flexible spring-loaded casing 4 with end drive 5 connected to push rod 2 and end support 6 for annular end knife 3. The latter is made in the form of a part of mobile guiding head 1 fastened to push rod 2 and shaped as truncated olive with rounding in the form of a part of sphere or in the form of elliptic paraboloid, side surface of olive being made in the form of ellipsoid, or truncated cone, or cylinder, or hyperboloid of one sheet. Construction of resector improves interaction of tool with tissues under operation because the resector, interacting with venous valves, decreases traumatism of intima and provides laminar blood flow in retrograde direction by means of complete removal of resected parts of valve from clearing of vessel. EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of tool. 4 cl, 1 dwg
