FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a row of interrelated pipe sections and devices for support drive control. Each pipe section includes part of pipe and free end. Part of pipe is supported by self-moving support with drive. Sections are connected by means of flexible couplings with support of neighbouring section. Couplings are located near free end of pipe of one section with support on neighbouring section. Devices for support drive control are located on ends of pipe sections with supports and contain end switches. End switches are connected by means of rope. Rope is fastened by ends on brackets of last self-moving supports. Self-moving supports are electrically connected via sensitive elements with support drives and receive angular movements of pipe sections. Each rope end is provided with power mechanism and mechanism of rope free end travel. Power mechanism is made in form of hollow threaded bush, disc compression springs installed on it in pairs, end coupling and bracket. One end of threaded bush is placed in bracket of self-moving support frame. The other end of threaded bush is mounted with its threaded part coaxially in end coupling of travel mechanism. On the surface of hollow threaded bush between frame bracket and end coupling disc compression springs are installed in pairs. Mechanism of travel of rope free end has a pair of oppositely installed end couplings and installed in successive row intermediate couplings. Each of intermediate couplings has radially oriented journals. Journals of intermediate couplings are kinematically connected by pairs of crossing double-arm levers. Radial journals of last couplings are connected with ends of double-arm levers by means of rods and form multiple spatial parallelogram hinge mechanism. Rope is placed in through openings of hollow threaded bush of last and intermediate couplings. Free end of rope is fixed in opening of last end coupling by means of cone stopper and is installed with possibility of axial travel in body of device for control of drives of intermediate self-moving supports. Sensitive element in form of rod is connected with one end with end switch. With the other end, sensitive element is connected with rope branch by means of ball joint. Sensitive mechanism in form of rod is installed in body of device for control of drive of each last self-moving support and is provided with double-arm rocking bar. Long arm of rocking bar has a roller, joined with cone stop on free rope end.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy and reliability of travel of water-conducting pipeline of front multisupporting sprinkling machine.
