PROCESS OF MULTISTAGE TREATMENT OF WATER AND PLANT FOR ITS REALIZATION Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: pharmaceutical industry, purification of water from pyrogenic substances and preparation of especially clean water for various curing and hygienic purposes. SUBSTANCE: drinkable and/or distilled water is subjected to treatment with ultraviolet radiation and ozonization, to sorption and electrolysis in three stages under parallel-series mode. Plant for multistage treatment of water has unit to feed starting water, purification units, unit of electrolysis treatment of water in diaphragm electrolysers with insoluble electrodes, unit of tapping of treated water to consumer, pumps and valves. Plant is supplemented with ultraviolet radiator, three micro and ultrafilters, three-stage ozonizer, three ozone generators connected in series with three stages of ozonizer and connected in parallel to line to feed atmospheric air including air filter, compressor, cooler and drying chamber. Plant also has collectors of distilled, apyrogenic, ozonized and nonpyrogenic water and anolyte and catolyte collectors.
