Mixer, filtering device, metering unit, timer and manometer are connected by means of flexible main. Mixer control unit and peristaltic pump unit of the filtering device having pump head with reducer, electromotor, pump control unit, filtering device filter unit having casing, cover, filtering pump and hand-driven pump, metering unit having metering unit casing upright base, metering cylinder with floating piston mounted therein, two electromagnetically driven three-way valves and metering unit control unit. Hand-driven stirring member is used to substitute removable automatic stirring member in cases of lack of electricity. Mixer is connectable to filtered substance collector to pour produced solution into medicinal bottles by means of three-way valve with supporting unit. Mixer nipple for supplying solution is connected by means of main through the first valve with pump unit and with filter unit through the second valve. Mixer nipple for discharging produced solution is connected by means of main through the third valve with filtering device pump unit.
