FIELD: water purification. SUBSTANCE: water to be purified is subjected to mechanical cleaning through screen surfaces with the aid of sizing screen, sieve and vacuum filter followed by operation of mechanical treatment and activation with aeration with air in mechanical disintegrators-activators and in air tank, to electrochemical cleaning with electrical treatment and removal of impurities, to electron-mechanical and hydrodynamic activation with repeat electrochemical cleaning and simultaneous electrical treatment and removal of impurities, to treatment in electric field, to separate filtration of acidic and alkali waters followed by integration of waters, to ozonization and checking filtration in vacuum filter.
