FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of effluents. Device consists of precleaner with settler 2 and filter 1, coagulation-flotation unit with high-pressure pump 4, hydrodynamic cavitator 5, coagulant service tank 6 and coagulant flotator, afterpurification and decontamination unit with filter 19 and UV irradiation unit 20 with UV radiator. Flotator-coagulator is composed by casing consisting of concentric round shells, one making flotation chamber 15. Conical webs 11 at device top section are arranged between outer and inner shells to make foam collection and removal chamber 10 as well as purified water collection, settling and accumulation vessel 13. Reaction vessel 9 is arranged inside central shell and equipped with tangential inlet 8 of processed water mixed with coagulant to be fed from hydrodynamic cavitator 5. Afterpurification and decontamination unit is equipped with second hydrodynamic cavitator 18 designed to mix water with ozone-air mix generated by UV radiation unit with UV radiator.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of water purification, power savings, simplified design.
