SUBSTANCE: rubber mix comprises, wt. pts: general purpose synthetic rubber, 100; sulfur, 1.7-3.0; N-cyclohexyl-2- benzthiazolyl sulfene amide, 0.8-2.0; zinc oxide, 2.5-5.0; oleic or stearic acid, or combination, 1-4; styrene-indene resin, 2-5; rosin, 0.5-3.0; protective wax, 1.5-2.5; N-phenyl-N′-isopropyl-p-phenylene diamine, 0.5-2.0; 2,2,4-trimethyl: 1,2-dihydroquinoline oligomer, 1-2; phthalic anhydride, 0.3-0.6; industrial carbon, 50-70; rubber production waste additives, 3-25; product obtained from extracts of furfurol purification of distillate and residual fractions of petroleum oils with aromatic hydrocarbon, 10-18; content to total paraffin-naphthene hydrocarbon and resin content from 0.82:0.18 to 0.94:0.06, respectively and with absolute resin content of not higher than 3.5 %. Vulcanization is carried out at 143 C for 30 min. Characteristics of rubber; plasticity of mixture according to GOST 415-75 is 0.40-0.43 conventional units; cohesive strength is 0.48-0.51 MPa; conventional strain at elongation of 300 % is 9.0-9.6 MPa; conventional tensile strength is 23.0-25.7 MPa; relative rupture elongation is 595-640 %; elasticity is 62-64 %; tear resistance is 87-91 kH/m; hardness is 67-69 units Shore A; fatigue endurance at multiple tension of 100 % is 248.8-203 cu. m/TJ.
