FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber industry and can be used in making large industrial rubber articles. The composite material contains general-purpose unsaturated rubber and/or reclaimed rubber, or general purpose unsaturated rubber and a product of primary-treated, partially vulcanised rubber, sulphur, vulcanisation accelerators, resins, softeners, petroleum bitumen, technical carbon, mineral filler, a vulcanisation retarder, a coagulated latex product in form of a production wastes of latex fibres and sponge articles, a process additive and a dehydrating agent - calcium oxide.
EFFECT: invention reduces viscosity of the composite material, resistance to accumulation of relative compression set, while maintaining a sufficient level of hardness and elastic-strength properties, increases resistance to premature vulcanisation, improves processability on process equipment, increases weather resistance, frost resistance and elasticity.
