FIELD: vacuum deposition of wear-resistant coats. SUBSTANCE: coat deposition apparatus has blocking unit and tank 24 for liquid metalloorganic composition with detonation diamond powder. Each seat 15 is mounted on substrate holder 13 by axial connector 14. Blocking unit is positioned for engagement with seats 15 of substrate holder 13. Seats may be deflected at an acute angle relative to horizontal axis rotation of substrate holder 13.
