SUBSTANCE: rocket manufactured in agreement with aerodynamic design "duck" has cylindrical body with ogival nose part housing engine plant with device of gas-dynamic control of rocket manufactured in the form of four interceptors mounted on nozzle part, combat equipment, - control system equipment, four immobile wings arranged on body uniformly relative to its longitudinal axis with four ailerons kinematically interjoined four control aerodynamic vanes connected in pairs and placed in opposition, four immobile destabilizers mounted in front of vanes and four weathercock transducers of angle of attack installed ahead of destabilizers. Body, wings, vanes, destabilizers and ailerons are so manufactured that have relations of dimensions and relative positions given in description of invention.
