SUBSTANCE: method involves setting threshold for conversion of ultraviolet light to visible light, measurement of specific value of converted ultraviolet light until it reaches conversion threshold and detection of visible light when it reaches given threshold. Corresponding device has regulator of ultraviolet light flow per conversion area and scale detector of luminescence when light reaches conversion threshold of converter.
