FIELD: grinding of materials. SUBSTANCE: rotor grinder has housing with charging and discharging hatches as well as driving and driven working members arranged inside the housing and made up as disk mounted on shafts. The disk are provided with alternative grooves and ridges over periphery and grinding members arranged over periphery of the disks for permitting engagement. The grinder is also provided with wanes interposed between the disks. The disks have fastening opening in the ridge. The grinding members are made up as a rotation bodies, arranged parallel to the shafts of the working members, and received in the fastening openings of the disk rigidly or for permitting rotation or rocking.
