FIELD: processing of peat. SUBSTANCE: invention may find use in production of fertilizers from peat, binding materials, impregnating formulations, and also easily processed (paste-like) stock for production of numerous consume goods. Invention is aimed at producing paste from above named raw materials with retaining properties of the latter, reducing cost and power consumption of process, and improving environmental safety of process. To achieve it, processing of peat and other coal-formers is carried out by mechanically affecting initial material with preliminarily introduced solvent by way of simultaneous disintegration, rubbing, and crushing of material in the field of centrifugal force to create in material compression and shear stresses at initial material temperature until paste- like state is achieved.
