FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is intended mainly for erasing pencil traces on paper. Device has piece of rubber installed in holder for possible free rotation relative to holder. Axis of rotation is oriented towards holder with possible reverse rotation of rubber piece around its axis. Holder is elongated in shape and it has hole for pencil. Device is provided with control member of collet pencil button. Rubber piece is mounted on bearing which is located on axle rigidly secured in holder. Holder is provided with collet clamp for holder axle. Rubber piece is mounted on axle which is located in holder for possible rotation. Connection of axle in holder is in the form of screw pair. Device is adapted for manual erasing on large surface areas. EFFECT: high efficiency. 7 cl, 11 dwg
