SUBSTANCE: spectacles holder has carrying member with base and rear wall provided with supports for spectacles and seat arrangement located on carrying member which can be used for quick and simple adjustment of device for any type of spectacles. Spectacles can be taken out of holder or put in holder by one hand, and their bows can be unfolded and folded. Holder is made in form of unified unit, can be installed in different protective cases and moved by special mechanism from inner fixed position, in which holder is kept inside protective case, into outer fixed position in which spectacles can be easily taken out of holder or put into holder.
