SUBSTANCE: piezoelectric mechanical pressure-into-potential difference converter is mounted on tracks between ties and between rails. Wheel pressure on rails is transmitted through rails to piezoelectric converter, thus building-up potential difference. Cantilever system is used to transmit pressure from rails to piezoelectric converter is regulated by changing resilience of support and length of lever arm.
