FIELD: aeronautical engineering; devices for securing engine to aircraft wing. SUBSTANCE: pylon includes torsion box with engine attachment units, nose section and tail section. Mounted in nose section of fairing 6 are gills 9, locks 15 whose pins 16 are received by seats made in rear section of nose portion of pylon located in rear portion. Shaft 13 engageable with hook 10 located in nose section of torsion box is mounted on rigid ribs 12 in nose portion of fairing 6. EFFECT: improved construction due to easily detachable fairing at enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
