According to method, drilled in gasohydrate reservoir 3 are two bore-holes 1, 18 and underground explosions are fired with creation of common chamber 2 between bore-holes 1, 18. Installed above bore-hole 1 is building 35 of electric power station which consumes natural gas and its burning products are used to drive pistons of pumps which deliver water to hydraulic turbine.
