SUBSTANCE: increased final oil recovery from hydrocarbon deposit and reduced time for its development are achieved by method implying vibro-seismic treatment at step-by-step increasing in time of amplitude and/or vibration frequency. Amplitude and frequency of vibration are determined according to special formula. Vibro-seismic treatment is effected at increasing in time of vibration amplitude and reducing in time of vibration frequency. At vibro-seismic treatment, wave is formed in bed with front configuration corresponding to form of deposit. Radiation intensity is increased according to reduced permeability of interlayers, and is reduced according to increased permeability of interlayers.
