FIELD: methods or apparatus for obtaining oil, gas, water, and other matter from wells, particularly enhanced recovery methods for obtaining hydrocarbons and for additional hydrocarbon recovery from oil, oil-gas condensate or gas reservoir.

SUBSTANCE: method involves obtaining hydrocarbons through production wells; pumping working substance through injection wells; determining dominant frequency of vibroseismic action source on the base of registration of hydrocarbons having higher viscosity and/or density in comparison with that obtained from above reservoir; performing vibroseismic action on the reservoir with dominant frequency within determined dominant frequency range; previously marking well and reservoir zones to be treated to increase oil output and to additionally recover hydrocarbons; setting frequency range in which dominant properties are exhibited; performing vibroseismic action on reservoir in marked well zones, wherein vibroseismic action is carried out in above frequency range up to appear of hydrocarbon having higher viscosity and/or frequency in comparison with that obtained from above reservoir; performing geotechnical works in marked well and reservoir zones along with vibroseismic action and/or after vibroseismic action stopping during time of positive vibroceismic action influence retaining, which results in increase in geotechnical work efficiency.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of oil reservoir treatment, increased oil output.
