To ensure operating efficiency in conditions of low-permeable and high-temperature oil beds, treating compound has in function of hydrocarbon solvent concentrate of aromatic hydrocarbon with number of carbon atoms C6-C10, and used as nitrogen-bearing hydrophobic agent is mixture of aminoparaffins containing 1-6 aminogroups produced by amination of chlorparaffins with number of carbon atoms C10-C26 at following ratio of components, mass %: mixture of aminoparaffins containing 1-6 aminogroups produced by amination of chlorparaffins with number of carbon atoms C10-C26 0.05-1.00; concentrate of aromatic hydrocarbons C10-C26.
