FIELD: manufacture of fittings. SUBSTANCE: body of shut-off device is provided with seat engageable with spherical end of hollow sealing member. Outer side surface of sealing member is engageable with inner surface of body, its flange being secured between end of body and cover. Mounted in cavity of sealing member are rod and spherical shut-off member] received by bore at end of rod. Walls of bore are expanded over surface of shut-off member.
