ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: electrical engineering; remotely-controlled mechanisms; electromagnetic injectors; injectors of pulse delivery of various types of fuel. SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic valve includes detachable body with stop and armature fitted with shut-off member mounted in it. Electromagnetic coil is mounted in one of circular recesses provided on end surfaces of housing facing each other. Inner wall of circular cavity of body is provided with circular bores located on both sides of wall. Width of bores reaches 2 mm and thickness of their walls ranges from 0.6 to 0.5 mm. Total length of bores ranges from 4 to 10 working clearances of armature. Body, stop and armature are from plain electrical sheet steel with diffusion layer of 0.2 to 0.3 mm deep saturated with nitrogen, aluminium, oxygen and carbon containing nonferromagnetic phases. Diffusion layer has magnetic anisotropy at increase of magnetic permeability towards working magnetic flux. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 2 dwg
