FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydro pneumatic control means and is designed to control and shut off working medium flows in service pipelines transporting, primarily, high-pressure and high-temperature gases in gas, oil, chemical and other industries. Proposed valve comprises body, main and auxiliary shut-off members, detachable guiding cylinder and driving mechanism. It represents integral unit-module provided with redundant control system designed to allow selective valve operation in various operating conditions, i.e. remote valve control and control including fixed manual duplication of electrical signal with common circuits of remote and local signaling in compliance with the main shut-off member position in the valve, that is, "on-off". The shut-off member driving mechanism represents a connecting device made up of two components, i.e. electromagnetic drive and stand-by drive of the electrical signal fixed manual duplication. Both drives are linked up with the shut-off valve control rod and are, both functionally and structurally, integrated into common detachable control unit with rigidly attached housing and magnetic circuit cover. To mount the electromagnetic drive in the said control unit housing, there is a central vertical, through multi-stage bore with threaded section and guide cylindrical surface. The minor stage of the aforesaid bore receives guide cartridge with outer circular thrust collar made in antimagnetic anti-friction material and furnished with the magnetically soft stop, the guide cartridge being rigidly fixed in the said bore and the said stop being furnished with a central hole. The housing central part outer side accommodates power supply lead-in holes. Electromagnetic drive incorporates two electromagnetic coils located coaxially in the magnetic circuit cover. The central coils makes a "pulsed" (starting) coil operated in intermittent (pulsed) mode. The other, peripheral, coil makes a "holding" continuous-duty coil. Currents consumed to open the valve shut-off members and to hold them open are selected in compliance with certain relationships. There is signaling and switching unit incorporating three hermetic contacts and lamp made from transparent and scoop-proof material. The electrical signal fixed manual duplication drive represents a command unit to control the drive shaft furnished with annular sealing elements of outer cylindrical surface and a handle designed to perform limited turn of the shaft in horizontal plane. The aforesaid drive kinematic linkage with the shut-off valve control rod represents a pushing pin arranged eccentrically relative to the axis of turn. The drive shaft incorporates a locking element representing cylindrical pin.
