FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat-and-cold producing plant has boiler unit, gas-turbine engine burning solid fuel whose heat exchanger is mounted in boiler furnace, hot-water heat-transfer apparatus installed downstream of gas-turbine engine heat exchanger, heat pump producing hot water and cold air, water pump, heat and cold-air users. Gas-turbine engine air compressor, its air turbine, heat-pump air compressor, heat-pump air turbine, and water pump are mounted on common shaft. Hot water leaving gas-turbine engine air turbine goes to boiler unit wind box; amount of heat supplied to furnace together with hot gases is greater than that arriving at furnace together with coal dust. Hot-water heat-transfer apparatus absorbs heat in the amount equal to that coming with hot gases downstream of gas-turbine engine heat exchanger. Heat pump operates with temperature and pressure conditions maintained constant, and with utmost possible efficiency.
