FIELD: ammunition, fragmentation mines exploding after darting out from ground. SUBSTANCE: proposed mine includes artillery shell and unit for its throwing up and initiation which includes ejection powder charge and initiation aid. Axis of shell is parallel to surface of ground in mine placed into soil. Unit for throwing up is put on body of shell with the help of clamp. Unit for throwing up and initiation can include hollow charge directed with recess towards body of shells During ejection shell turns and blows up when it reaches vertical position forming circular hitting field. In version with turn of shell about pin installed in soil shell blows up with the aid of head fuze connected to hinge when shell reaches vertical position. Usage of shrapnel in mine is also envisaged. EFFECT: improved hitting efficiency of proposed mine. 13 cl, 5 dwg
