FIELD: destruction of permanent defenses made of reinforced concrete, strong stone and brick buildings. SUBSTANCE: a blasting means for formation of a hole provided with a fuse is located in the front part of the ammunition. A piercing bursting charge, explosive charge and a base fuse provided with a retarder are positioned in the rear part. The piercing bursting charge is made as a subcaliber or caliber one. The blasting means for formation of a hole is made as a caliber one and provided with a shaped charge or some other blasting means of axial action. The ammunition is provided with a head cap, bourrelet and a driving band. The bourrelet is positioned mainly on the blasting means, and the driving band - on the caliber piercing bursting charge. The shell with a subcaliber piercing bursting charge may have a detachable sabot fastened to the charge by locks. The sabot may be provided with a high-pressure chamber, calibrated hole and a driving band. The blasting means may be made as a shaped-charge warhead containing a shaped-charge funnel located in the axis of the warhead, and an explosive charge. The blasting means may be made as an explosive charge with a facing for formation of the impact core. EFFECT: considerably improved piercing effect. 18 cl, 10 dwg
