FIELD: proximate analysis with use of chemical indicators. SUBSTANCE: proposed gear is intended for proximate analysis with use of chemical indicators on solid-phase carriers of reactive indicator papers, cloths with ion-exchange groups, fibrous materials filled with ion exchangers, membrane materials. It is meant for proximate analysis of inorganic ions and organic substance in environment at level of maximum permissible and dangerous concentrations with increased accuracy and removal of hindering influence of many accompanying components under laboratory conditions and in field. Given gear includes body housing bushing with axial conduit and mobile rod having shut-off conduit coaxial to axial conduit of bushing, through window made in side wall of body at level of point of connection of rod and bushing and suction aid. Gear is fitted with chamber of analyzed solution mounted on side of body opposite to suction aid. Chamber has annular groove made in its internal surface to mount ultrafilter. Shut-off insert of gear has mushroom shape and central conduit coaxial to shut-off conduit located in annular groove of chamber for registration of ultrafilter. Limiter of movement of indicator paper is manufactured in body in diametrical opposition to through window. EFFECT: simplified design of gear, increased authenticity of results of analysis. 6 dwg
