SUBSTANCE: tests are manufactured by successively treating 60-95% alpha-cellulose with sodium and potassium bichromates, hetaryl- and heterylhydrazines, aromatic and heterocyclic diazo compounds under acoustic cavitation conditions. As reagents, utilized are: 1-oxo-4- chloro-1,2-dehydroisoquinolin-3-oyl-, 8-hydroxy-3,5-dichloroquinolin-2- yl-, 4-carboxy-6-phenylpyrimidin-2-yl-, thiazol-2-yl-, benzoxazol-2-yl- , 4-methyl-6-methoxypyrimidin-2-yl-, 6-methyl-3,4-dihydro-4- oxopyrimidin-2-yl-, 6-methyl-5-ethyl-2-(4-ethyl-3,5-di-n-propyl-1H- pyrazol-1-yl)pyrimidin-yl-hydrazines and phenyl-, 2-chloro-, 2-carboxy-, 2-methoxy-, 2-carboxymethoxyphenyl-, 5-methylpyrazol-3-yl-, and 2-thiazolyl-diazo compounds. Method provides combination of required analytical metrological characteristics and such functional parameters as rapid determination of toxic substance in the concentration range of 0.001 to 500 mg/cu.dm.
