FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has supply line voltage unit, chip oscillator, power transistor, power transformer, rectifier, filters, reference voltage unit, unit of voltage dividers, comparator, input divider, measuring unit, which is connected to one terminal of power transistor. First and second inputs of comparator are connected to outputs of reference voltage unit and unit of voltage dividers respectively. Third input of comparator is connected to measuring unit. Output of comparator is connected to switching-off input of chip through input voltage divider. This protects power element and element which sets gate rate from failure in fault conditions in power supply line and chip servicing circuits. EFFECT: increased reliability. 2 dwg
