SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame, working tool mounted on frame and provided with rotary drum having cord, whose free end is connected with milking unit through connecting member. Drive coupled with drum is made in the form of pneumatic engine with rotor mounted on shaft. Rotor has pairs of sliding blades dividing rotor chamber into several portions.
