FIELD: microbiological industry, algology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing the nutrient medium containing mineral salts. Medium is sown with spirulina inoculum (Spirulina platensis) at amount 10% of medium volume and incubated. On 5-10 days - at start and the first half of logarithmic phase of culture growth inorganic selenium salt Na2SeO3 is added and culturing is continued. Addition of salts during spirulina incubation ensures to increase selenium content in biomass. EFFECT: improved method of biomass preparing. 2 dwg
