FIELD: cleaning of internal surface of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: the offered device has collar, centralizer and cleaning member. Collar has axial opening. Cleaning member is made in form of oscillator and installed before collar in direction of device motion. Oscillator has hollow body with valve located on one of its ends, on the side of collar, and opened in initial position. Installed on the other end is closed valve spring-loaded relative to centralizer. Centralizer is installed before device body. Valves are interconnected by rod. Device has additional valve installed in body wall and spring-loaded, and open in initial position for communication of hollow with external hollow before collar.
