FIELD: cleaning inner surfaces pipe lines from deposit. SUBSTANCE: device includes housing, differential piston and working chamber. Arranged in housing is stepped rod with through passage which is connected with compressed air source. Differential piston is mounted movable on rod. On side of lesser diameter it is provided with blind axial stepped hole to receive rod. Lesser step of hole, its bottom and end of rod form control chamber which is brought in communication with end surface of larger diameter of piston by means of passage when in working position. larger step of piston and step of rod form braking chamber which is connected with passage of rod when piston is in initial state and then with compressed air source.
