FIELD: plastic metal working, namely, extrusion of tubular articles from blanks. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes container with die and mandrel, hydraulic cylinder joined with said container. Two different-diameter cylindrical mutually joined cavities are made respectively in piston and rod of said hydraulic cylinder. Each cavity includes piston arranged in it; both pistons are rigidly connected one with another. Piston cavity at side of small-diameter piston is connected with annular cavity of container. Rod cavity is joined with rod cavity of hydraulic cylinder. Piston cavity at side of large-diameter piston is joined with piston cavity of hydraulic cylinder. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 4 dwg
