FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at reducing cost and increasing accessibility of material as well as lowering heat conductance of bricks keeping in mind reducing power consumption on heating buildings in winter and rendering them cool in summer period. Method of fabricating bricks from fibrous organic materials, e.g. straw, consists in that a ventilation insertion with vent holes and vent plug are inserted into bricks. Bricks are then immersed into hardening fluid impregnating bricks to a certain extent for a period of time depending on compactness of bricks, their material, and needed impregnation extent. Once bricks are pulled out of impregnating fluid, plugs are removed and bricks are subjected to drying to completely drying non-impregnated material inside bricks. Finally, plugs are reinstalled. EFFECT: facilitated brick drying procedure and reduced their heat conductance. 3 dwg
